NUNOBI WARE 布引焼

The Nunobiki Ware collection originates from the lakeside region of Shiga, Japan, whose ancient kilns were silent for over a millennium. In the 1970s, potter Taro Kojima revived the tradition and developed the Nanasai Tenmoku technique, deep, multi-hued glazes that transform in the kiln. Each piece reflects the harmony of nature, line and colour, and the enduring beauty of Japanese craftsmanship.
